Invitation to Qualify - Construction Services

AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and Buyandsell posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by September 6th at 14:00 EST. All bids submitted after 14:00 EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) is initiating a process to determine the eligibility of Suppliers who, if eligible and meet all mandatory requirements of this Invitation to Qualify (ITQ), may be invited to respond to a Request for Supply Arrangement (RFSA) to deliver construction services for a high security federal entity referred hereinafter as the “Client”. A two-phase procurement approach will be followed: i. Phase One (I) – Invitation to Qualify (ITQ) ii. Phase Two (II) – Request for Supply Arrangement (RFSA) Only those Suppliers deemed eligible and prequalified in Phase I will be invited to submit a response in Phase II. The decision to participate in Phase II is the decision of each Supplier invited to participate in Phase II.
