AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by 2023-05-16 at 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. This procurement is subject to the Directive on Government Contracts, Including Real Property Leases, in the Nunavut Settlement Area. This solicitation is limited for bidding among firms registered on the Inuit Firm Registry (IFR). SI03 Bidders’ Conference has changed. A bidders' conference will be held by Microsoft Teams on Thursday, April 27, 2023. Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting Authority before the conference to confirm attendance. THIS DOCUMENT CONTAINS A SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT. Work of this Contract comprises the renovation of the New GAW Observatory, the construction of a new steel tower adjacent to the renovated building, and the relocation of existing specialised equipment in Alert, Nunavut.
