The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for the following: Ionizing kit QB system-- Quantity: 57. Haug Deionizer with warning light'Quantity: 11. Power supply unit antistatic'Quantity: 2. Electrode small'Quantity: 2. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, the Government intends to issue a single, firm fixed price purchase order. This is anticipated to be a sole source award to Mettler Toledo, as they are the only source authorized to sell ALL of the requested items and compatible with DEA's LabX system(s). All applicable provisions and clauses are in the attached matrix. A Justification for Use of Noncompetitive Procedures is approved and on file. All responses to this notice shall be submitted electronically to contact@example.gov no later than August 29, 2014 at 11:00am EST. Late submissions will not be accepted.
