This contract is a long-term Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a base period of three years, issued by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Land and Maritime for various NSNs associated with Eaton Corporation parts. The solicitation is available via the DIBBS system, with offers required before the specified closing date. The contract covers the supply of specific Eaton Corp fuel flow parts kits, housings, outlet tubes, valve kits, and seals to various DLA stock points, with quantities ordered on a delivery order basis and estimated annual quantities outlined in the solicitation. The acquisition consolidates requirements under FAR 7.107-2 and is restricted to approved sources, specifically Eaton Corporation under 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), due to the Government’s lack of complete technical data. Evaluation for contract award will consider multiple factors including price, delivery, and past performance, with the solicitation governed by applicable trade agreements and primarily using non-commercial acquisition policies. Interested suppliers are encouraged to submit offers in English and U.S. dollars, although only approved sources will be eligible for award. The contract supports delivery to multiple locations and accommodates indefinite ordering, with specifications not publicly available due to proprietary data restrictions. The contracting office is located in Columbus, Ohio, and Tracy Roberts is the designated point of contact for this procurement.
