Ironstone and Belle Meade Concrete Slabs/Reconstruction

Sealed bids for the Ironstone and Belle Meade Slab Replacement/Reconstruction Project will be received by the City Clerk's Office, until 2:00 P.M., on Thursday, April 3, 2025, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in Council Chambers, City Hall, 12325 Manchester Rd, Des Peres MO 63131.  Two copies of the bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the project name, date, and time of opening clearly written on the envelope.The Scope of Work consists of the removal and replacement of approximately 5,876 SY of concrete streets and two curb ramps. The western leg of Belle Meade and northern leg of Ironstone will be replaced in their entirety, and slabs will be replaced where needed on the rest of Ironstone. Traffic control and other incidental items shall be included as shown in the specifications.Bid packages will be available Monday, March 17th, 2025 from the Des Peres City Clerk, 12325 Manchester Rd, Des Peres MO 63131 or they can be downloaded at the link belowNot less than the prevailing hourly rate of wages shall be paid to all workers performing under this Contract in this area according to the rates determined by the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations of the State of Missouri.A bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.The City reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to waive any irregularities in the best interest of the City.
