This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only Request for Quotation (RFQ) that will be issued. A paper RFQ will not be issued.


This is an OPEN-MARKET Firm Fixed Price (FFP) RFQ. This RFQ is prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, in conjunction with the policies and procedures for RFQ, evaluation, and award as prescribed in FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01 effective 03/13/2026. A Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating is not applicable to this procurement.


This is a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE RFQ, and the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423450, Medical, Dental, and Hospital Equipment and Supplies Merchant Wholesalers. The Small Business Size Standard is 200 employees.
