ISRO - 18339 - Rehabilitate Houghton Administrative Complex and Marina Waterfront

The Department of the Interior is forecasting a project to rehabilitate the Houghton Administrative Complex and Marina Waterfront. This initiative focuses on the reconstruction of the Ranger III/IV dock and waterfront marina area, alongside the development of administrative support buildings and secure parking facilities for staff and visitors. A primary objective of the project is to establish safe loading and freight delivery zones and provide adequate dock space for Ranger IV. Additionally, the work aims to resolve long-standing access deficiencies and ensure compliance with border safety requirements as mandated by the Maritime Transportation Security Act.
