Issuance of General Lease – Recreational Use – Lease 9639

The California State Lands Commission has authorized the issuance of General Lease 9639 for recreational use, which allows for the use of an existing boat dock and access ramp. The lease is granted to Michael Ngo and Eveline Gani, Trustees of their trust dated April 17, 2006, and is located on sovereign land in Huntington Harbour, adjacent to 3585 Courtside Circle in Huntington Beach, Orange County, California. The agreement is set for a ten year term beginning on April 7, 2026. Under the project's Notice of Exemption, the lease is categorized as exempt under Class 1 for Existing Facilities, as the use of the existing infrastructure is determined to cause no significant physical environmental changes or effects.
