This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as Request for Quotes (RFQ) 246-23-Q-0078. This procurement is Total Buy Indian Set-Aside under NAICS code 423430. The Indian Health Services intends to make a single/multiple award(s) for IT Equipment Buy for the Pawnee Indian Clinic. An award shall be made to the offeror providing the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Evaluation shall proceed as follows: Quotes shall be ranked by price, from low to high. Quotes shall then be evaluated for technical acceptability according to the Statement of work beginning with lowest priced quote. This process shall proceed until a technical acceptable quote is identified.
