IT Managed Services

Haralson County Government is soliciting bids for IT Managed Services, cybersecurity, and phone service coordination for a three-year term running from January 1, 2027, to January 1, 2030. The selected provider will manage an environment consisting of 165 endpoints and multiple virtual and physical servers, with specific responsibilities including 24/7 network monitoring, maintenance of Meraki WIFI, and the implementation of a comprehensive backup and disaster recovery program featuring encrypted data at rest and in transit. The contract requires a fixed-cost proposal, with exceptions only for large or unplanned projects. Key operational requirements include a mandatory on-site technician presence at least one day per week and the assignment of a CISO to conduct quarterly security posture reviews. Due to the nature of the work with the Sheriff's Office and E911 Center, account management technicians must hold GCIC certification. Additionally, the vendor must adhere to strict access restrictions for the Superior Court Judges and Clerk of Court office, where RMM agents and local IT admin privileges are prohibited. Proposals will be evaluated based on industry expertise, previous experience, reporting capabilities, and the quality of business continuity plans.
