Separate sealed Bids for furnishing of all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and appurtenances necessary for the construction of the Courts Renovation will be received by the Owner at the City of Fort Oglethorpe, 500 City Hall Drive, Fort Oglethorpe, GA 30742, until 10:00 a.m., local time, on Thursday, July 30, 2026, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. The Project consists of renovation of the Municipal Court facilities within Fort Oglethorpe City Hall, including selective demolition, interior renovations, courtroom improvements, accessibility upgrades, modifications to existing building systems, and related appurtenant work. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, July 16, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Fort Oglethorpe City Hall, 500 City Hall Drive, Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia 30742. Copies of the Contract Documents and Specifications, including bidding documents and requirements, and Contract Drawings may be examined at the offices of the Engineer, CTI Engineers, Inc., 1122 Riverfront Parkway, Chattanooga, TN 37402 (phone 423/267-7613, www.ctiengr.com).
