The City of Brady (City) is soliciting sealed bids from companies or firms for a Household Hazardous Waste Cleanup Event - Specialty Services to provide turn-key capabilities of a one (1) day household hazardous waste (HHW) cleanup event to City of Brady utility residential customers only (no businesses or commercial establishments). Interested HHW providers are to have current permitted status as a household hazardous waste service company established by record with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ). Delivery Requirement: Sealed bid responses must be received by the City Secretary no later than Thursday, August 20, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. to be considered. Sealed responses must be delivered to the City Secretary in a sealed envelope delivered via courier to City of Brady, 201 E. Main Street, Brady, TX 76825, or USPS to City of Brady, PO Box 351, Brady, TX 76825. All responses must be received prior to the 3:00 p.m. deadline. Sealed responses must be clearly labeled “HOUSEHOLD HAZARDOUS WASTE CLEANUP EVENT”. Bids shall be publicly opened and read aloud so as to disclose requirements for submission.
