The City of Milton Public Works Department requests that interested parties submit formal electronic bids for the FY25 Stormwater Projects at various locations. The scope of this project generally consists of the construction of repair and upgrades to existing stormwater infrastructure and the installation of new stormwater structures within existing right of way and 20¿ drainage easements that exist along the pipe and at the inlet and outfall structures. If Contractor deems it necessary to work outside of this area to accomplish the scope of work, Contractor is to provide notice in writing with bid response. The project includes at a minimum of seven locations.
This project shall follow Georgia Department of Transportation Specifications. The most current GDOT Specifications and shelf Special Provisions apply to all work performed under this contract. To bid on the contract, the contractor must be listed on the current Georgia Department of Transportation Pre- Qualified Contractors list. No exceptions.
All qualified bids will receive consideration without regard to age, handicap, religion, creed or belief, political affiliation, race, color, sex, or national origin.
The City of Milton reserves the right to reject any or all bid/proposals and to waive technicalities and informalities, and to make award in the best interest of the City of Milton.
