Citrus County, Florida ("County") invites interested parties to submit a Bid for Project Title . The County is seeking qualified and experienced Bidders to provide landscaping maintenance services at County-owned and/or operated facilities and properties identified in this Solicitation. Zone two (2) sites/properties are located in Beverly Hills, Lecanto, Floral City, and Inverness. Successful Bidder shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, and incidentals necessary to perform the required services in a safe, timely, and professional manner. Services shall include, but are not necessarily limited to, the following: Mowing all turf areas String trimming around trees, signs, fences, structures, and other obstacles Mechanical edging of sidewalks, curbs, driveways, and landscape beds Pruning and trimming of shrubs, hedges, groundcover, and low tree limbs, as specified Weed removal and vegetation control within landscape beds, fence lines, sidewalks, curbs, and other designated areas Removal and proper disposal of grass clippings, leaves, branches, litter, and other debris generated during maintenance operations Inspection of landscaped areas during each service visit and notification to County of any observed damage, safety hazards, irrigation deficiencies, vandalism, or other conditions requiring corrective action Maintenance of all landscaped areas in a neat, healthy, safe, and aesthetically pleasing condition throughout the term of the Agreement Bid pricing for this solicitation is divided into three (3) separate areas, each with its own pricing table, as follows: Area 1: Beverly Hills and Lecanto Area 2: Floral City Area 3: Inverness Bidders may submit a Bid for one (1), two (2), or all three (3) areas. The County reserves the right to award a contract for any individual area or combination of areas to one or more responsive, responsible Bidders, as determined to be in the best interest of the County.
