The selected contractor(s) shall provide materials that meet the City's specifications and ensure timely delivery to support the City's utility infrastructure maintenance, repair, and construction activities. The Contractor will be expected to make a strong commitment to supporting the City's efforts to standardize warehouse operations by providing consistent products, reliable service, and efficient order fulfillment. The successful supplier(s) must also demonstrate the ability to maintain continuity of supply for both routine and emergency requirements throughout the term of the Agreement, ensuring uninterrupted access to critical utility materials. Bids will be received through the City's electronic procurement system on the date and time specified in the solicitation documents. The City reserves the right to award contracts to one or more suppliers deemed most responsive and responsible in meeting the requirements outlined in the Invitation to Bid.
