ITB - Biosolids Management Services

The Western Virginia Water Authority is soliciting bids for the management, removal, transportation, and beneficial reuse or disposal of digested biosolids located at the Roanoke Regional Water Pollution Control Plant lagoons in Roanoke, Virginia.
