The Arkansas Army National Guard is soliciting bids for the sale of approximately 22.5 tons of Sorted Residential and News (56) surplus property, consisting of 28 bales weighing roughly 1,500 pounds each. Located at Building 0319, Camp Joseph T. Robinson in North Little Rock, Arkansas, the material is sold on an as-is, where-is basis. The award will be granted to the high bidder who is registered in the System for Award Management. Full payment must be made via certified check or money order to the USP&FO for Arkansas Recycle Fund within 14 calendar days of the award. Property removal must be completed within seven calendar days of the award and the submission of the earnest money, during operating hours of 7:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. While the government provides loading labor, the contractor is responsible for all transport costs and must ensure the load is properly secured for public highway travel. Failure to meet payment or removal deadlines will result in default, loss of interest in the property, a default fee, and potential debarment from future government sales.
