Sealed bids for ITB NO. 27-007 ON-CALL BORING SERVICES 2027, BRUNSWICK-GLYNN COUNTY, GEORGIA will be received by the Brunswick-Glynn County Joint Water and Sewer Commission (JWSC) at the JWSC¿s Office of the Director, 1703 Gloucester Street, Brunswick, Georgia 31520 until 12:00 NOON, EST, Tuesday, November 10, 2026, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bidding documents are available, free of charge, on the JWSC website using the link below: https://www.bgjwsc.org/departments/procurement/ All updates and relevant information for the solicitation may be found here. The work to be performed consists of furnishing all labor, tools, equipment and incidentals required to bore complete in place pipes in sizes 2¿, 4¿, 6¿, and 8¿. Pipe materials will be provided by JWSC. Pricing shall be per linear foot. Vendor must be licensed State of Georgia underground utility contractors. Selected vendor is expected to schedule boring work within (3) weeks of purchase order approval by JWSC. All permits (including traffic control with City of Brunswick or Glynn County) are the responsibility of the contractor. Questions regarding this solicitation shall be made in writing to the Purchasing Director, Pam Crosby, via email: pcrosby@bgjwsc.org. All responses to submitted questions will be issued via Addendum to pre-bid attendees and posted on the JWSC website for reference.
