Впродовж 3-х робочих днів з моменту отримання заявки від Покупця Постачальник надає Покупцю талони на отримання Товару та щоденно, через власні (орендовані) автозаправні станції, забезпечує заправку паливом автомобілів. Відпуск Товару в межах с-ща Липова Долина Роменського району Сумської області здійснюється за адресою АЗС: ( прописати адресу АЗС), за умови пред’явлення та передачі Покупцем оператору АЗС талонів в робочий час, встановлений на АЗС. Оператор АЗС після завершення відпуску Товару Покупцю зобов’язаний видати інформаційний чек (чек реєстратора розрахункових операцій). Покупець має право у будь-який час, в тому числі без попереднього узгодження із Постачальником, під час отримання Товару здійснювати відбір Товару з метою проведення випробувань його якості. Результати випробувань, проведених відповідними акредитованими лабораторіями, є обов’язковими до визнання Постачальником.
