Our airport provides essential services to passengers with a commitment to exceptional customer experience. The Café/Giftshop and Bar at ITH play a crucial role in enhancing the overall traveler experience. These facilities serve as key amenities for passengers and airport visitors, offering a variety of food, beverages, and retail products. Our goal is to partner with a business who shares our commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. Currently, we are seeking proposals from qualified persons/businesses to manage and operate the Café/Giftshop and Bar spaces at ITH. This RFP aims to identify a partner who can enhance our offerings, provide innovative services, and maintain high standards of service delivery. The non-secure side (café) must also maintain regular operating hours, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at minimum, but can negotiate and discuss options throughout the agreement.
