ITT #26-11 NWC Rix Building HVAC Electrification Retrofit

Solicitation ITT #26-11 is a stipulated price contract based on CCDC #2 2020 for the HVAC Electrification Retrofit of the Rix Building at the Justice Institute of British Columbia Public Safety Simulation Building in New Westminster, British Columbia. The scope of work includes the supply and installation of variable air volume terminal units and return boxes, as well as all necessary electrical labor, materials, and equipment to support the renovation.
