ITT- Air Handling Unit Upgrades

AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and Buyandsell posting closing time. All bid submissions must be submitted on September 13, 2022 by 1400 ADT. All bids submitted after 1400 ADT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) on behalf of the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) requires construction services to replace five (5) existing Air Handling Units at their laboratory in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. The work also includes the replacement of the Computer Room Air Conditioning unit, VAV terminal units, and associated control/electrical components in the Admin area. The Penthouse and Interstitial Level Ventilation is also being upgraded. The Contractor must perform and complete the Work within 88 weeks of Award Notification. The estimated cost of this procurement is between $5,000,000 and $20,000,000.00. The following is the complete list of invite firms who pre-qualified for this tender: 1. A.J.
