This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation WS4036001725 RFP A dated with a closing of 17 July, 2023 at 3:00 pm ADT. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders who bid on the previous solicitation. Project Description: Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) on behalf of Transport Canada has a requirement for upgrades to the water supply system at the Digby Ferry Terminal. The work includes demolishing the existing water supply system and replacing it with new potable water system, complete with new drilled well, water treatment system, water lines, etc. Work must be completed within 26 weeks after contract award. The estimated cost of this procurement is between $1,000,001 to $5,000,000. Proposals must be submitted only via SAP Ariba by the date and time indicated. Debrief: Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days from receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The RFP issuing office is: Atlantic Region Acquisitions, 1713 Bedford Row, Halifax, N.S. B3J 1T3. This office provides services in English. Proposals may be submitted in either official language of Canada. All interested bidders may submit a bid. Reference the solicitation for further details.
