The Crawley Creek Bridge, located on the campus of the Canadian Coast Guard College is a glulam timber pedestrianbridge that spans the creek, linking walking trails on the campus. The bridge also carries the sanitary sewer line to CBRMfacilities in nearby Sydport. Recently PSPC engaged a consultant for an updated condition survey and significantdelamination of the glulam girders were discovered. The design is nearing completion for the emergency repairs of theglulam girders and the two-phase tendering process was chosen to prequalify bidders to ensure experienced companiesself-identify for the next phase.
