PHASE 2 - BY INVITATION ONLY Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) has a requirement for the Replacement of the existing asphalt shingles on the sloped roofs and the re-capping of the 2-ply modified bitumen system on the flat roof of the Saint John Parole office/CCC, located at 23 Carleton Street, Saint John, NB.
