Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) on behalf of the Department of Fisheries and Oceans (DFO) is tendering the construction of a wharf at St. Andrews Biological Station. This requirement consists of the furnishing of all plant, labour, equipment, and materials for the wharf replacement and site redevelopment at SABS in Charlotte Co., NB. The work must be completed within 120 weeks. There is a mandatory Indigenous Participation Plan. The estimated cost of this procurement is over $40,000,000.00. Debrief: Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days from receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. General Information: Proposals must be submitted only via SAP Ariba by the date and time indicated in the RFP. The RFP issuing office is: Atlantic Region Acquisitions, 1713 Bedford Row, Halifax, N.S. B3J 1T3. This office provides services in English. Proposals may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
