Full Description

The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-MEN-67004-R1C, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Zack Ives. The Project is limited to one (1) encroachment to remove and replace a railcar bridge over the Russian River damaged during the 2017 Lighting Complex fires. The replacement bridge will be placed on existing abutments. Work for this encroachment will include minor excavation to extend an existing inboard ditch on the western approach, minor vegetation trimming, and applying native grass seed and straw mulch for erosion control. Work will be completed when the channel is dry and equipment will not enter the stream channel.
