The contract outlines an annual repair Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) between the Department of Defense's Naval Inventory Control Point (NAVICP) and Treadwell Corporation for the period of March 14, 2012, through March 14, 2013. This agreement covers the evaluation and repair of various components of the Atmospheric Control System, which are both manufactured and repaired by Treadwell Corporation. Key items scheduled for repair under this contract include several critical parts such as valve solenoids, flow controllers, pressure transmitters, hydrogen cylinders, distilled water pumps, and electrolytic cells. The scope of repair extends to any sole source repair item within this system, with detailed lists and forecast quantities available upon request. Orders issued under this BOA exceeding $25,000 will be publicly synopsized in accordance with federal acquisition regulations.
