Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Puget Sound will be soliciting for CHT chemical cleaning of multiple class vessels while berthed at SRF Sasebo, Japan in accordance with solicitation specifications and the PWS. This acquisition will be negotiated on a total small business set-aside basis. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals prior to offer due date. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted to the NECO website on or about February 23rd, 2017 with proposals due by March 22, 2017. The place of performance will be Sasebo, Japan. The resulting contract will include a base period of performance of one year in length and include four (4) option periods, as well as an option to extend for up to six (6) months in accordance with FAR 52.217-8 A Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite Deliver Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Service type contract will be awarded in accordance with FAR parts 12 and 13.5, Commercial and Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
