THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This is a special Notice of Intent to award a sole-source firm fixed price commodities purchase order in accordance with FAR Subpart 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A) under the expressed authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c). US Army Contracting Agency, Mission & Installation Contracting The Joint Base Myer/Henderson Hall, Ft Myer, VA, Network Enterprise Center (NEC), has a requirement for labor, materials necessary to consolidate inside and outside plant work at Fort Myer, Virginia and Fort McNair, Washington, DC.
