Notice of Intent for Sole Source

The purpose of this announcement is to provide notice that the Department of the Interior ¿ National Park Service intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order to Elevator Service of St. Louis, LLC for urgent elevator repair services at Brown V. Board of Education National Historical Park in Topeka Kansas.

The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 238290 - Other Building Equipment Contractors - with a size standard of $22M. This procurement is being conducted using Simplified Acquisition Procedures soliciting from a single source authorized by FAR Part 13.

The Contracting Office hereby gives notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Elevator Service of St. Louis, LLC for the services required.
