MSCPAC intends to procure the services of a ship repair firm to perform ship repairs aboard MSC ships located in San Diego at Government installations or private shipyards. Offeror must have a Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) or an Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR). Procurement will be a Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) / Indefinite Delivery / Quantity (IDIQ) Type contract with the base year beginning on 01 October 2003 and ending on 30 September 2004 with 4 (four) following option years.This is a total small business sey-aside. Only written (fax, e-mail or regular mail) requests will be accepted. The estimated issue date for trhis solicitation is 31 July 2003.
