This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR Part 13 as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on FEDBIZOPPS the RFQ number is DOL141RQ21944. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-72. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The proposed contract action is for a software already purchased by the Department of Labor The requirements are as follows: CLIN 0001 Renewal of J-Integra COM Client maintenance Qty 1,530 Term 12 Months POP: April 15, 2014 -April 14, 2015 CLIN 1001 Option Period J-Integra COM Client maintenance Qty 1,530, Term 12 Months POP: April 15, 2015 -April 14, 2016 Maintenance for J-Integra software includes technical support conducted over the telephone, in writing or electronically to help solve specific problems with installation or use of the software, and updates, new releases, and fixes which the vendor makes available on supported operating systems to its general customer base for the version of the software licensed. Period of performance is to be April 15, 2014 -April 14, 2015, with one Option period to be April 15, 2015 -April 14, 2016. Responsibility and Inspection: unless otherwise specified in the order, the supplier is responsible for the performance of all inspection requirements and quality control. The following FAR provision and clauses are applicable to this procurement: 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items; 52.212-3 and its ALT I, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items; 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items Additional contract terms and conditions applicable to this procurement are: Offeror must be an J-Integra authorized reseller and/or authorized maintenance technician, and MUST provide an Entrust authorized reseller/Maintenance technician letter attached in the solicitation response in order to be considered for award. This solicitation is issued as a Unrestricted; The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order, to the offeror with the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable offer.
