Full Description

The Contracting Department, NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, VA, 23511-3392 intends to negotiate a sole source Firm Fixed Price contract and will utilize procedures under FAR Part 13 with Carter Machinery, 3404 Business Center Drive, Chesapeake, VA 23323. This procurement will be sole source due to Carter Machinery being the only authorized vendor who can present the required information. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 811310. By submitting an offer, the vendor is self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency.
