Resond: COB, 28 September 2009 The United States Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), Mission and Installation Contracting Command intends to negotiate a firm fixed priced contract on a sole source basis with L-3 Communications Corporation, doing business as Brashear Division, located at 615 Epsilon Dr, Pittsburgh, PA 15238-2807. This contract will be for the procurement of the repair of a Kinetic Tracking Mount BC D0379 Elevation Motor. Award of this requirement will be in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a proposal. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSAL. In order to protect proprietary information and prevent the unintentional release of guarded information, all interested firms must conduct their own research regarding the specifications of the above listed item. If you feel that youre firm possesses the ability to provide these services, then you must respond by COB 28 September 2009.
