Full Description

The US Army Soldier Systems Center, Natick Contracting Division, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Indusco Environmental Services, Inc., of Atlanta, GA, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(i)(A), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, sub-paragraph (ii) Supplies may be deemed to be available only from the original source in the case of a follow-on contract for continued development or production (etc.), a one year preventative on-site maintenance and unlimited telephone support contract on the Venturi Wet Scrubber System located on the roof of the Thermal Test Facility (TTF) to ensure compliance with EPA regulations by properly treating any emissions, at the US Army Soldier Systems Center.
