Full Description

The U.S. Army Contracting Agency, Directorate of Contracting, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) with Land Trust Alliance, Inc., 1660 L Street, NW, Suite 1100, Washington, DC, 20036-5635. The contractor shall provide a forum wherein Department of Defense and other federal and non-government organizations may discuss and evaluate solutions to military readiness restrictions resulting from urban encroachment in areas proximate to active ranges and installations. The North American Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 813312, and the size standard is $7M. Interested persons may identify their interest, in writing, to the Government point of contact. Responses to this notice must be received no later than 10:00 AM, Eastern Standard Time, July 23, 2010. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation or offers.
