J-MAINTENANCE TESTING CERT FOR LAB HOODS

The U.S. Naval Hospital Guam intends to award a Firm Fixed-Priced, sole source, service maintenance contract to C-SCAN Technologies, 2205 W. Lone Cactus Dr. STE 1, Phoenix, AZ 85027 for services on the following, Biological Safety Cabinets and Laboratory Chemical Hoods under the authority of 13.106-1(b), Soliciting from a Single Source. Services include, but are not limited to, the provision of trained, experienced and certified personnel, labor, tools, software, and diagnostic equipment. Contractor shall perform service maintenance and certification according to industry standards, OEM for Biological Safety Cabinets; National Sanitation Foundation/American National Standards Institute Standard 49, "Class II (Laminar flow) Biosafety Cabinetry. Laboratory Chemical Hoods: ANSI/American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air -Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) Standard 110-1995. Laminar Flow (Unidirectional Flow) "Clean Bench" Pharmacy: IES-RP-CC-002.2. Laminar Air Flow Devices. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 811219 with a small business size standard of $19.0 Million. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency before the intended award date. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action is solely within the discretion of the Government.
