Strategic Weapons Facility, Atlantic located in Kings Bay, GA intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with Hasty’s Communications East, Inc, 112 Key Drive, Brunswick, Georgia 31520 for repairs on eight (8) each Motorola XTS5000 Two-Way Radios. Radios are “Liquid Damaged?. This will be made under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) and other than Full and Open Competition as authorized in FAR 6.302-1. The following FAR clauses apply to this procurement: 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions –Commercial Items, 252.203-7000 Requirements Relating to Compensation of Former DoD Officials, 252.204-7012 Safeguarding of Unclassified Controlled Technical Information, 252.232-7003 Electronic Submission of Payment Requests and Receiving Reports, 252.232-7006 Wide Area Workflow Payment Instructions, 252.232-7009 Mandatory Payment by Governmentwide Commercial Purchase Card, 252.232-7010 Levies on Contract Payments, and 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders. The government intends to award a firm, fixed price contract for a one time purchase. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals.
