Notice of intent to award sole source procurement under FAR Part 12.203 to Eastman Kodak Company to provide all travel, labor, parts, and materials (excluding user consumable supplies), manufacturer-authorized field modifications instructions, individual tools and test equipment required to service and maintain the Eastman Kodak 2000RT CR Plus System, PACS Link Medical Imager Manager 200 Package, and Dry View 8100 Laser Imager of the 90th Medical Group, F.E. Warren AFB, Wyoming. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii), FAR 6.302-1(b)(1), and FAR 6.302-1(b)(2), the Government will negotiate directly with Eastman Kodak Company for this service. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. A determination not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. This notice is for information only. This notice is neither a request for proposals nor a solicitation for offers. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 811219.
