Notice of Intent under W91YU0-14-T-0022, Western Regional Contracting Office, Lacey WA, intends to award a firm fixed price contract with Faxitron Bioptics, LLC in the amount of $25,468.50 for a Base + 2 years Preventive Maintenance and Services on the Faxitron Bioptics, Mammo X-ray Specimen System, as Government-Owned Equipment Evans Army Community Hospital, FT Carson, CO, in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1. Maintenance Service, Software, and Repair Parts are proprietary and available only through Faxitron Bioptics LLC and its affiliates in performing necessary maintenance services and repairs to ensure that optimum operation and efficiency of the equipment is maintained, and that proper functioning of the equipment conforms to the OEM standard specifications. This notice is not a request for proposal and no solicitation will be issued. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capability. Responses received will be used for future acquisitions.
