The contract involves the procurement of 18 units of a specific power supply component, referenced as NSN 7H-6130-015402519, for repair or modification purposes under TDP version 004, with delivery terms set as FOB origin. The award will be issued to Frontier Electronic Systems Corp located in Stillwater, Oklahoma. Although this notice is not a solicitation for competitive quotes, the Government invites interested parties to express their interest and capability to fulfill the requirement within the specified timeframe. Responses will be used to determine whether a competitive procurement should be pursued, but the ultimate decision to forego competition remains at the Government’s discretion. The solicitation deviates from commercial item acquisition policies and emphasizes compliance with qualification requirements as detailed in FAR clause 52.209-1. Interested parties may acquire relevant military and federal specifications through designated government document repositories or online platforms, although specific drawings and purchase descriptions are not stocked. The contracting activity managing this acquisition is the Naval Supply Systems Command Weapon Systems Support in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.
