This contract provides engineering services for the AN/MSR-T4(TRAINS) to ensure interim contract support through a performance-based statement of work. The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to advance the development of RTE scoring, debriefing, site metrics, and site spot control tools. Key technical objectives include integrating RTE Falcon View debrief tools into the Joint Mission Planning System, developing replay capabilities for Falcon View mission planning, and expanding metrics to cover all site operational functions related to electronic warfare mission execution. Additionally, the scope requires the demonstration of site spot control capabilities for at least three electronic warfare threat assets and the integration of SEAD capability into existing debrief tools. This procurement is being conducted under limited source authority, as the government has determined that only a limited number of responsible sources can satisfy these specific agency requirements. The period of performance is governed by individual orders, and the effort falls under the category of range threat systems repair and maintenance.
