This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR 5.201. The Department of the Interior, Interior Business Center, Acquisition Services Directorate hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Commercial, Firm-Fixed-Priced purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to REES SCIENTIFIC CORPORATION under the authority of RFO 12.102(b). Acquisition of Commercial Items under RFO Part 12 apply.
