The Naval Oceanographic Contracting Office (NAVO) intends to award a sole source purchase order to Wet Labs, Inc., 620 Applegate St. P.O. Box 518, Philomath, OR 97370. The purchase order will be issued in accordance with FAR Part 13.5 as a firm fixed price indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity type purchase order for approximately $117,095.00 (includes base period and options, if exercised). The requirement is to have the original equipment manufacturer service and refurbish the Government owned equipment purchased from Wet Labs. (Qty (50) C-Star Transmissometers and Qty (5) AC9 meters) The original equipment manufacturer is only source available for refurbishment and repairs of this equipment. IAW FAR Part 5.203(a) the anticipated award date is May 23, 2008. The Government plans to award a one year purchase order with two, one-year options for the same service.
