The procurement was set aside entirely for small businesses, adhering to the NAICS code 811310, with a size standard of $6.5 million. The solicitation was to be posted electronically on FedBizOps around June 19, 2007, and interested parties had to be registered in the Central Contractor Registry to submit proposals. However, this presolicitation notice was cancelled as of June 19, 2007, and no further solicitations or notices regarding this contract will be issued.
