The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 15 intends to award a sole source Delivery Order per FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B), to MAR COR Purification, Inc., 4450 Township Line Rd, Skippack, PA, 19474. ,MAR COR Purification, Inc. will furnish all necessary labor, equipment, tools, materials, parts, repair services, maintenance, for the Complete Water Treatment System for Dialysis. The FDA registration number K945559.
