Period of performance: 10/01/2020 through 09/30/2025 Basic description of the requirement: Delta Connects, Inc is the sole authorized vendor to perform maintenance and support services for the enteliWEB Enterprise Facility Maintenance Software System Platform. Delta Connects, Inc will provide a full service agreement to include: authorized/trained technician (on-site three days per week - 8 hours each day), OEM parts, travel, labor, 24/7 telephone and remote diagnostic support, programming, diagnostic calibration, trending, updates to the hardware and software in place as required, preventative maintenance and as needed repairs.
