Summary The Martinsburg VA Medical Center (VAMC) is conducting market research to identify qualified contractors capable of performing the VRF System Replacement described in the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) attached to this Source Sought Notice. This Sources Sought Notice is issued solely for informational and planning purposes as permitted by FAR Part 10.
Participation is voluntary, and a response is not required to compete in any future solicitation. However, responses to this notice may influence the Government s acquisition strategy.
No award will be made from this announcement. Respondents will not be notified of the results of this market research effort.
