The Department of Veterans Affairs, through the Network Contracting Office 16 in Houston, Texas, is conducting a sources sought effort under solicitation number 36C25626Q0907 to explore market capabilities for a Real-Time Location System (RTLS) Managed Services Agreement targeting the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center.
